The wine program at Zealous is an integral part of our passion for excellence. The wine list is designed to enhance Zealous' cuisine and offer guests some of the world's finest from both new and old wine regions.

Our 18 foot high, glass-enclosed wine cellar symbolizes our celebration of the marriage between fine wine and exceptional cuisine. The cellar houses 6,000 bottles of wine at a constant temperature of 58 degrees Fahrenheit. Red wood racks with rolling metal ladders stand on illuminated metal grate floor panels. This spectacular structure is a focal point for many of our guests. Away from the dining room floor we house an additional temperature controlled storage cellar for our half bottles and champagne. Our commitment to creating an exceptional dining experience continues through staff education and the use of Riedel Sommelier and Vinum series stemware.

In addition to our 750 selection wine list, we offer two Chef's Degustation Menus with the option of wine pairings. Each course is presented with a glass of wine carefully selected to accentuate the power of wine to enhance your meal.

Artisan producers and boutique wineries are the heart of Zealous' wine list, therefore availability, vintages, and prices are subject to change.
